At Home Instead, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with household chores, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Accompany clients on outings, such as shopping, appointments, and social events.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50-£12.80, depending on the shift.
- Mileage and travel time reimbursement.
- A paid day off on your birthday.
- Every other weekend off.
- A comprehensive training program, including Alzheimer's, Dementia care, and Parkinson's certification.
