Job Title: Children Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children Registered Manager to join our team at a residential and educational children's provider in East Sussex. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children with ASD and SEMH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and education to children with ASD and SEMH.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and associated frameworks.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Ensure the home is a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.

Requirements:

  • A Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Ofsted regulations and associated frameworks.
  • Proven experience of managing children's homes and leading teams.
  • Successful track record of performance management and staff development.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills.
