We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team in Pontypridd, Wales.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a brand new adult care service opening in early 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of UK's leading healthcare providers, delivering high-quality person-centred support and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs.
- Develop and implement best practice in social care, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Manage resources effectively, ensuring the service operates smoothly and efficiently.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience in management, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Fine-tuned decision-making abilities.
The successful candidate will receive:
- An attractive salary of £45,000 per annum.
