About the Role:
Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Integration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Excellence Programme, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of finance systems and data migration/control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Systems Integration: Drive finance best practice, following the implementation of a major ERP system, across finance systems, integration, master data, and access management.
- Data Governance: Design and document finance data governance standards, system integration, access management, and SAP S4 user support.
- Service Level Metrics: Develop and implement service level metrics to ensure seamless finance operations.
Accountabilities:
- Custodian of Finance Master Data: Ensure accurate and up-to-date finance master data.
- System Support: Provide technical support for finance systems and data migration.
- User Access Provisioning: Manage user access and permissions for finance systems.
- Close Routine: Oversee batch job scheduling, integration, and ledger close.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance finance operations.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with extensive track record at a leadership level.
- Experience: Proven experience in finance systems integration, master data governance, and data management.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
