The Role: Procurement Manager - PPE Category Lead

This role will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with suppliers, driving value from contracts, and owning commercial terms.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial relationships with suppliers
• Establish standardized contract frameworks and T&Cs with suppliers
• Drive value from contracts and own commercial terms (rebate, price support, trade marketing, etc.)
• Support management of Supplier and Product Data End-to-End

• Commercial Director and Category Management team
• UK CFO and finance team
• Suppliers
• Customers
• Pricing
• Digital and Marketing
• Supply Chain
• Logistics

Requirements:

• Excellent commercial acumen
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels
• Relevant experience in negotiating, selecting, and managing vendors
• Relevant experience in setting and managing contract frameworks
• Relevant experience in budgeting and financial management
