Procurement Manager FTC

We are seeking a skilled procurement professional to join our team at Rubix, a leading industrial distributor. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the commercial relationship with suppliers and driving value from commercial terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial relationship with suppliers
• Manage and establish standardized contract frameworks and T&Cs with suppliers
• Drive value from and own commercial terms with suppliers (rebate, price support, trade marketing, etc.)
• Support and facilitate management of Supplier and Product Data End-to-End

Key Stakeholders:

• Commercial Director and broader Category Management team
• UK CFO and broader finance team
• Suppliers
• Customers
• Pricing
• Digital and Marketing
• Supply Chain
• Logistics

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent commercial acumen
• Ability to liaise with different stakeholders in the organization
• Ability to liaise with supplier stakeholders at various levels
• Relevant experience in negotiating, selecting, and managing vendors
• Relevant experience in setting and managing contract frameworks
• Relevant experience in budgeting and financial management
