Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team in Burnley. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our residential service and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement person-centered support plans, conducting care needs assessments and recruiting new colleagues.
- Lead a dynamic team, providing supervision and appraisals, and completing medication competencies and audits.
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, complete quarterly audits and reports, and effectively manage the service's budget.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A CQC registered management qualification or equivalent experience.
- A Level 5 in Health & Social Care or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex mental health needs.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
