**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at JAVA Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement effective site management strategies to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site management, preferably in a retail or construction environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness, and full PPE.
