The starting pay for our Team Supervisor role is £14.28 per hour, increasing to £15.41 for locations within the M25. Additional compensation may be available based on location and skill set.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours of work per week for new team members, but if you prefer fewer hours (with a minimum of 12), we are open to discussing those options as well.

The schedule outlines the times during the week when we would like you to be available for work – these are your availability windows. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within these times, and you will receive three weeks' notice regarding your exact shifts. We are committed to supporting flexibility for our team members, so if your availability closely aligns with our requirements, we encourage you to reach out.

As a Team Supervisor, you will:

Operate in a dynamic retail environment with diverse responsibilities Take charge of managing duty shifts, leading the team to maintain a clean and well-stocked store that surpasses customer expectations Be present for customers, actively listening and ensuring they leave satisfied Seek opportunities to enhance service quality, including coaching team members and providing constructive feedback Support and guide your colleagues in-store, ensuring a safe working and shopping environment Maintain a solid understanding of store performance and assist management in implementing improvements Lead by example, setting a high standard for your colleagues in all aspects of your work
