In this exciting role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at ESP, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative companies in the Data Analytics, Climate Tech, and Cyber Security sectors.

Your primary focus will be on identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to meet the needs of our clients. This will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry best practices is also essential.

Our compensation package includes a base salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
