In-Store Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced In-Store Cleaning Manager to join our team at Arcus FM Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning services provided to our Sainsbury's store.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules and rotas to meet business needs.
- Monitor and manage cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Support with recruiting and training new cleaning staff.
- Complete timesheets and ensure accurate payment for cleaning staff.
- Monitor and manage cleaning standards to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a team management or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of cleaning operations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
