Job Title: In-Store Cleaning Manager

Hourly Rate: £44 per hour

Shifts:

  • Sunday: 07:00-10:00
  • Saturday: Day Off

We are seeking an experienced In-Store Cleaning Manager to join our team at Arcus FM Limited. As a key member of our cleaning operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality cleaning service to our Sainsbury's store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and manage cleaning standards, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained
  • Support with recruiting and training new cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively
  • Complete timesheets and ensure accurate payment for cleaning staff

Requirements:

  • Experience in a team management or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or cleaning environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
