Director of Business Development for Performance Management

We are looking for a Director of Business Development to join our Performance Management team in the Northwest. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-performance teams for the delivery of Performance & Reporting, as well as establishing and developing high-performance teams for the delivery of Performance & Reporting.
You will work closely with our national team to develop and implement new strategies, improve performance, and increase benefits to our clients. You will also be responsible for participating in the national and regional Community of Practice, as well as expert analysis to relevant stakeholders and senior management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Directing Performance and Reporting on complex projects/programmes, as well as subject matter expertise of different Performance and Reporting tools and techniques. They will also have the ability to work in both delivery and transformation projects.
We estimate this role to pay around £95,000 - £115,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.
