Job Title: Sales Executive Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in various sectors, including automotive, to expand the company's capabilities.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong client base, focusing on key accounts and building long-term relationships.
  3. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to showcase the company's offerings and negotiate win-win agreements.
  4. Manage the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing new business, and achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process.
  5. Collaborate with other sales representatives to ensure quotes are met and company standards are upheld.
  6. Maintain cost management and ensure timely recording and agreement of add/deletes, PCRs, and deviations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other company locations.
  8. Document customer meetings and engagements to maintain customer satisfaction and project integrity.
  9. Capture information for constructive post-project and gateway 'Lessons to be Learned' meetings.

Requirements:

Essential:

  1. Three or more years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word and Excel.

Desirable:

  1. Knowledge of Access Accounting.

Competencies:

Essential level of competency:

  1. Sales experience.
  2. Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  3. Product knowledge and industry experience.
  4. Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
  5. Ability to negotiate win-win agreements.
  6. Strong ability to manage the Cost, Quality, and Timing of the project.
  7. Results-oriented.
  8. Good knowledge of Risk Management.
  9. Self-motivation.
  10. Strong relationship building.

Desirable level of competency:

  1. Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
  2. Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
