We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Seetec Career Development Expert to join our National Careers Service Team in Manchester.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional career guidance and support to individuals, helping them to achieve their goals and progress in their careers.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for career growth and development, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

A competitive salary of £27,872 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered, along with excellent benefits including 25 days annual leave, 2 Volunteer Days, Pension scheme, and access to BenefitHub for retail discounts and cycle to work scheme.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Level 4 qualification in Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance, and have a good working knowledge of the local labour market.

  • Deliver Group Sessions with customers in a wide range of settings, including careers events, jobs fairs, pop-up venues
  • Full driving licence to enable deployment across a specified geographical area (region), when required
