The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Operations Manager based in the South UK region within our Rapid Diagnostics business. This role requires you to lead and manage a team of Collecting Officers remotely, providing essential services to customers in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective operational strategies to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Leveraging your leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and support a high-performing team of remote workers.
  • Ensuring seamless sample collection operations, adhering to strict quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, resolving queries efficiently, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
Requirements and Qualifications

Estimated Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
