Academic Learning Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Tutor to join our team and work with us in the Guildford area. As an SEN Tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require additional support and develop personalized lesson plans to meet their unique needs.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality, one-to-one tuition to support students with complex SEN
- Conduct baseline assessments and develop individualized lesson plans
We are looking for someone who is patient, creative, and willing to think outside the box to support students with challenging behaviour and disengagement. If you are passionate about teaching and have experience working with students with complex SEN, we would love to hear from you.
Job Requirements- QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Possess UK classroom teaching experience and ability to develop tailored lesson plans
- Creative, patient, and willing to think outside the box
- Experience working with challenging behaviour and disengaged pupils
