Fines Administration Specialist

About the Position
The Fines Officer will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our services by providing high-quality administrative support. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly.
Main Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Fines Officer include:
- Updating and maintaining records using our in-house system.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Processing court orders and papers efficiently.
- Performing general administrative tasks as required.
