Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrative professional to join our team as a Fines Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to the efficient operation of our justice system.

About the Position

The Fines Officer will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our services by providing high-quality administrative support. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly.

Main Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Fines Officer include:
  1. Updating and maintaining records using our in-house system.
  2. Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  3. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  4. Processing court orders and papers efficiently.
  5. Performing general administrative tasks as required.
