About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Inclusion Manager. You will be responsible for leading and developing strategies to ensure an inclusive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and developing strategies to ensure an inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create tailored support plans
  • Championing equality and well-being across the school, ensuring every student has the support they need to succeed

Requirements:

  • Must have the right to work within the UK
  • Be DBS registered or willing to purchase one
  • Have a strong passion for inclusion, with a deep understanding of supporting students with diverse needs
