Food Preparation Specialist

About the Role:
Join our culinary team as a Food Preparation Specialist and contribute to the success of Compass UK & Ireland Careers. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food that meets the expectations of our discerning clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare a variety of dishes to exacting standards, using fresh ingredients and creative flair* Develop visually appealing food displays that showcase our menu offerings* Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring compliance at all times* Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, promoting menu items and upselling where possible* Maintain accurate records of stock levels, waste management, and cleaning schedules* Participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge to meet changing business needs* Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently* Contribute to achieving business objectives, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive growth and innovation

About You:

Salary Estimate:
This role is estimated to pay around £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
