Stock Investment and Planned Works Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage and deliver stock investment and planned works programmes for PA Housing, focusing on our LSE properties. These programmes include essential updates such as kitchen replacements, bathroom installations, window upgrades, door replacements, and roof renovations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Certify contractor valuations and claims within the role's delegated authority limits, including interim and final account payments
  • Manage the quality inspection process of works, including pre-start scoping, in-progress quality inspections, and post-inspection sign-offs
  • Review and update stock data to develop future stock investment and planned work programmes

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on the delivery of stock investment and planned works programmes for PA Housing. We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement for this role, with a typical requirement to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

Requirements:
  • Accredited qualifications by the Royal Institution for Chartered Surveyors or the Chartered Institute of Building
  • NEBOSH/IOSH qualification
  • A minimum of two years' experience in delivering stock investment/major works to social housing or private residential housing
  • Experience managing suppliers through long-term contracts, including JCT Measured Term contracts or similar

The successful candidate will also need to complete a basic DBS check. This role requires the ability to certify contractor valuations and claims within the role's delegated authority limits, including interim and final account payments.
