The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding, with a strong understanding of customs clearance, job costing, and quote preparation. A personalized training program will be provided to support your growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job costing and preparing quotes
  • Liaising with overseas partners/offices
  • Creating job files on in-house systems
  • Liaising with customers for clearance instructions
  • Completing customs clearance
  • Updating customers throughout the process
  • Organizing and arranging airline collection and delivery
  • Costing and invoicing, and arranging payment where necessary
  • Conversing with airlines/agents and hauliers to ensure a smooth start-to-finish process
  • Providing first-class customer service
