Freight Forwarding Specialist

Aspion is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Specialist to join their growing team. The company offers a comprehensive logistics solution, covering all modes of transport worldwide, along with customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics services—all managed in-house.

The Freight Forwarding Specialist will be responsible for organizing import/export shipments for customers via sea, air, and land. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with shipping lines and suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective freight forwarding activities
  • Preparing and dispatching shipping documentation and information
  • Utilizing multimodal solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Traveling to different locations and offering remote services as needed

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Freight Forwarder within import & export, with a strong understanding of shipping lines and suppliers. They will also have up-to-date knowledge of import and export regulations and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Freight Forwarder within import & export
  • Multi-modal experience, ideally sea & road freight
  • A strong understanding of shipping lines and suppliers
  • Experience working with overseas agents and shipping lines
  • Up-to-date knowledge of import and export regulations
