Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a skilled Programme Manager to lead our employment support programme in Blackpool. The successful candidate will have a Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, strong project management skills, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

About the Role:

The Programme Manager will be responsible for leading a team, developing customer journey plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. They will also oversee budgets and produce financial claims to secure programme funding.
