We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Paediatric Nurse to join our team in the Safari Day Unit. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide expert nursing care to patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- To contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring best practices are implemented.
- RSCN/RN CHILD or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent paediatric clinical skills and relevant specialist skills for the department.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across professional boundaries.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently.
£31,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
