Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety, Quality and Environment Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the health and safety of our business, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and supporting the ongoing streamlining of processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the health and safety of the business, including completing method statements for installation teams and risk assessments.
- Work proactively and autonomously to regularly review and amend company policies and procedures in line with health and safety.
- Ensure all required health and safety materials are sourced and available as and when required.
- Perform general administration tasks to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- At least 2 years of administration experience in a health and safety compliance/admin role.
- IOSH / NEBOSH/CITB qualifications preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and work effectively in a team.
- Proactive and able to react promptly to situations.
