Role Overview:

We are seeking a Transport Compliance Inspector to oversee the compliance of our fleet of vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. This role involves ensuring adherence to regulations, vehicle maintenance, and driver safety standards.

About the Role:

  • Audit fleet records, driver hours, and vehicle maintenance logs to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and recommend corrective actions to prevent non-compliance.
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review driver licensing, training, and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
  2. Develop and implement processes to maintain the highest operational and legal standards.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve compliance-related issues.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
