Job Description

Brewer Morris is seeking a highly experienced and commercially focused Senior Financial Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance and support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing international finance team.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reports and ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Support the integration of acquisitions and new ventures, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Identify opportunities for process and control improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and transactional activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Finance Leader in a global or listed business.
  • Extensive experience in accounting roles, with a strong background in audit and financial reporting.
  • Previous experience managing a team, including overseas, with a proven track record of developing and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERPs.
