We are looking for individuals who are committed to promoting inclusivity and supporting the academic and personal development of students with complex needs. Previous experience in a similar role or a background in special education is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with complex needs in classroom and educational settings.
  • Assisting with personal care and mobility requirements as necessary.
  • Supporting the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to create a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with complex needs or a willingness to learn and develop in this area.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards supporting the learning and well-being of students.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students and the school environment.
