Job Opportunity

We are seeking a recent graduate with a RICS accredited degree to join our team as a Graduate Surveyor. This exciting role offers full on the job training and the opportunity to become RICS qualified within 2 and a half years.

As a Graduate Surveyor, you will be based in our Truro office and will be responsible for conducting site inspections and surveys, meeting with clients, and building a portfolio of properties under your control. You will work closely with senior members of the team to hone your skills and work towards your RICS qualification.

The role offers a competitive salary of £25,000, plus full on the job training, and a guaranteed pay increase annually for years 1-3. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and varied environment.

We are looking for a recent graduate with a RICS accredited degree who is motivated, enthusiastic, and has a strong desire to become a qualified surveyor. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for property, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and surveys
  • Meet with clients and build relationships
  • Develop a portfolio of properties under your control
