About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Qualifications Policy and Reform directorate, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality qualifications that meet the needs of Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects of varying scales, from large complex multi-year projects to small projects with smaller budgets and shorter lifecycles.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to engage stakeholders and drive organisational change.
