Job Purpose:

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our Personalised Content team at DEPT. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging designs that start conversations between people and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a brief from start to finish.
  • Contribute innovative ideas at creative briefs.
  • Create high-quality design work.
  • Sourcing and digital artworking.
  • Develop rich visual content for owned channels: onsite, app, and email.
  • Strive to create work that contributes to client business goals.
  • Stay current with design and marketing trends.
  • Learn and grow from constructive feedback.
  • Take accountability for flawless design output.
  • Deliver work on time and within scheduled timeframes.
  • Animating for digital channels (Email, Display, Youtube).

What We Are Looking For:

  • We're open to different levels of experience across various sectors.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Digital design experience on industry-standard design frameworks like Figma.
  • Self-driven and resourceful.
  • Good eye for layout, skilled in typesetting and retouching.
  • A great teammate that supports colleagues and doesn't act as an individual.
  • Very organised with attention to detail.
  • Desire to embrace new skills and challenges.
  • Motion and 3D experience is a plus.
