Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Art Director to join our team at KnoWho. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the charge in conceptualising and executing cutting-edge creative production.

About the Role

This is a hands-on creative role that requires a deep understanding of visual storytelling and a passion for pushing creative boundaries. You will work closely with our talented team of designers, production and creative professionals to develop and communicate artistic concepts, design guidelines, and visual strategies for various content production projects.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and communicate artistic concepts, design guidelines, and visual strategies for various content production projects.
  2. Lead and inspire a team of designers, production, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  3. Provide creative direction and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the final deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  4. Collaborate closely with clients, account managers, and project managers to understand project goals, objectives, and timelines.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience within an Art Director or Creative Producer role within a creative agency.
  2. A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional artistic vision, conceptual thinking, and a diverse range of creative projects across multiple mediums.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
  4. A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.
