About the Role

The UX Director at Bernadette is a senior leadership position that requires a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our digital experience team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our UX practice and ensuring that our digital experiences meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading UX teams and delivering high-quality digital experiences
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-discipline teams
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
