About the Role:

PSR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Advisor to support our Water Infrastructure projects. As an HSEQ Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management systems across multiple projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with site teams and managers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote health and well-being within the organization.
  • Provide expert advice on HSEQ matters to employees and stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of HSEQ initiatives across regions.
  • Monitor, verify, and report HSEQ statistics on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
  • CEnv or equivalent.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • CSCS Safety Professional card.
  • Passion for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
