Adult Disability Senior Practitioner

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Adult Disability Senior Practitioner to join their East Locality Team in Enfield. As a Senior Practitioner, you will work closely with the team to provide high-quality social care services to adults with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and care planning in line with the Care Act, working collaboratively with partner organizations to achieve positive outcomes.
- Provide professional support and supervision to staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.
- Make appropriate use of local, departmental, and independent resources to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification and registration with Social Work England, with a minimum of four years post-qualifying practice.
- Strong knowledge of the legislative framework and good practice guidance that underpins Social Work practice in Adult Social Care.
- Experience of working with adults with disabilities, including those with physical disabilities, safeguarding, and care management.
