**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Hardy Booth Recruitment. As a Sales Manager for our Estate Agency group, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales negotiators and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of sales negotiators to achieve sales targets and grow business revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the management team to set business objectives and develop sales plans
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve sales skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in an Estate Agency environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
- Driving license
**What We Offer**
- Competitive salary of £28,000 per annum
- Commission of 2% on sales
- Monday to Friday working hours with 1 in 3 Saturdays
