Job Title: Estate Agency Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Hardy Booth Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in an estate agency environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.
  • A commission structure of 2% on sales.
  • A flexible working schedule, including Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-4:30pm.
