- Control the sales process and liaise with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale
- Negotiate and secure sales, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome
- Ensure potential buyers are financially qualified and provide guidance on the sales process
- Update internal CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Experience in new homes sales with a residential developer
- Ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with the ability to act on your own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
