Job Description

We are seeking a qualified SEN Classroom Facilitator to join one of our partner schools in Brent, London.

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates or individuals passionate about creating inclusive environments for young learners.

The selected candidate will support children with hearing impairments and communication needs.

Key Job Duties
  • Support students with additional needs in a term-time full-time role
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with children with hearing and communication difficulties
  • Collaborate with SENDCo and Leadership Teams to provide hands-on classroom experience
Remuneration and Benefits
  • £475-500 per week, paid via PAYE (inclusive of holidays)
  • Term time work only, ensuring a great work-life balance
Requirements and Skills
  • A degree in Psychology or Education (or related field) of at least 2:1
  • Child-centred experience with hearing impairments or communication difficulties (preferred)
  • Passion for working with children and creating an environment where their learning can excel
  • Great communicative skills, resilience, and understanding
  • Patient, calm, and caring individual
