Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating jobs through business development, researching roles, sourcing and interviewing potential candidates, and providing well-briefed and well-matched short-lists to our clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new job opportunities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates and job openings
- Source and interview candidates to create a pool of qualified applicants
- Provide exceptional service to clients by delivering well-matched candidates and meeting their recruitment needs
- Manage the entire recruitment process from interview through offer to start
