Academy Recruitment Specialist

Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will play a vital role in sourcing and screening candidates to support the recruitment process.
The Role:- Source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their skills and career goals, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Liaise with candidates on a daily basis, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to source top talent, expanding the recruitment team's reach and expertise.
- Conduct initial phone screenings, arrange interviews, and assist in the recruitment process as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with candidate and client information, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience and fostering strong relationships.
- Experience in a customer-focused role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing workload effectively and meeting deadlines.
