Academy Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our Nursery Managers and Operational teams across the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a continuous flow of high-calibre childcare practitioners to supply our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the deployment of agency/temporary workers across Grandir UK settings that require agency support.
- Support and implement our overall recruitment strategy, particularly the usage of temporary agency workers.
- Manage the Recruitment Inbox and ensure data regarding agency worker placements is accurately recorded.
- Ensure agency workers are vetted to Grandir UK standards and liaise with Compliance if risk assessments are required.
- Update the recruitment SharePoint and applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting of candidate activity.
- Facilitate or attend recruitment events and manage the AWR process to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Liaise with Nursery Managers when agency workers are unavailable and arrange cover where required.
- Ensure the Company remains legally compliant with safer recruitment and employment regulations.
