Global Cloud Operations Specialist

Are you passionate about operations and innovation? We are looking for a Cloud Operations/DevOps Expert to support our Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery team in laying the foundation for a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry.

The Role:

You will be part of a global team and assume responsibility for defining operating standards for applications within Sovereign Cloud boundaries like SAP Business Technology Platform. You will collaborate with other teams in Development and Customer Success, as well as the National Security Services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Standard Operating Procedures and roll them out to all Sovereign Cloud target markets.
  • Liaise with LoB Cloud Operations Teams to transfer best practices into a Sovereign Cloud version.
  • Identify deviations to Global Standards due to local legislation and minimize them.
  • Continuously monitor process adherence.
  • Regularly improve processes based on input from local teams.
  • Provide input to the engineering organization within Sovereign Cloud regarding delivery requirements.
  • Participate in customer meetings.
