This role involves managing two companies with various manufacturing processes and hazards, including Workplace Transport, Loading, Packing, Conveyors, Machine Operators, and hazardous environments. You should be able to demonstrate current Health, Safety legislation/application, and have a personable approach to enjoy a mix of daily shop floor inspections, identifying, influencing, implementing Health and Safety improvements and benefits.

The ideal candidate can develop with changing environmental and Health and Safety targets and legislation. This role is essential for someone with a background in Manufacturing who can effectively manage and improve Health and Safety practices.

The estimated salary for this position is around £40,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, please consider this opportunity.

As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
