HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager

RGB Network is seeking an experienced HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, finances, quality, and programme from tender handover to project completion and through to client training.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project
  2. Design review and procurement of plant, materials & labour
  3. Programming of works and overall cost management
  4. Managing the engineering input into the project strategy and technical submittals
  5. Co-ordination of direct staff and sub-contractors on site and reporting into the Mechanical Director
  6. Running numerous projects concurrently with values up to £1.5m
Requirements:
  1. Significant relevant HVAC Mechanical experience (SSSTS or SMSTS desirable)
  2. Proven track record of delivering HVAC Mechanical projects valued up to £1.5m
  3. Proven track record of longevity with previous employer
