Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Maintenance Technician to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

Safety and Compliance:

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times, adhering to company safety and ergonomic rules.
• Identify and report safety risks to the Management team, ensuring prompt corrective action is taken.

Production Support:

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure maintenance activities align with planned output and production continuation.
• Participate in countermeasures for unplanned events and contribute to productivity workshops to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Maintenance and Repair:

• Perform top-level maintenance of all machinery and equipment, adhering to quality and technical requirements.
• Utilize the maintenance task board and work to the defined TPM program.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in production daily start-up and closure activities, working additional hours as required and agreed with management.
• Support all other business requirements as needed, including 5S workshops and audits, cleaning, and operation of forklift trucks and cranes.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
