Job Description:

As a Coordinator, Customer Success, you will be the main point of contact for prospective students and support them throughout their admissions journey.

Your role involves guiding them professionally and personally to ensure success and excellent customer service throughout.

You will work collaboratively with the Recruitment and Admissions team to develop and execute the best admissions experience.

This includes reviewing applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and communicating admissions timelines.

As the primary point of contact, you will provide the best experience with every engagement at BrainStation.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Recruitment and Admissions team to develop and execute the best admissions experience.
  • Actively engage with applicants by reviewing applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and communicating admissions timelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and maintain positive applicant engagement.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating admissions-related events, including information sessions and recruitment fairs.
  • Track and report admissions and enrollment data to measure program success and graduate outcomes.
  • Collaborate in creating programs and strategies for recruitment and applicant engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or as part of a customer success team.
  • A proven passion for technology and digital innovation.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Willingsness to help out where needed in all facets of the organization.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of pathways leading to specific career outcomes in the technology industry.

Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on location and experience).
