Challenger 3 Programme Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Field Representative to join our team in supporting the Challenger 3 programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project and develop your technical skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the day-to-day trials activities and developing user and customer relationships to provide cost-effective technical support.
- Conducting level 2 maintenance on weapon systems, including before, after, and on-condition maintenance.
- Undertaking inspections on weapon systems and determining suitability for firing activities.
- Resolving user and maintainer-generated technical queries and managing the processing of Line Replacement Units.
- Performing configuration control activities for equipment under contract by providing platform, system, or sub-system build state information.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, as part of a team, or individually.
- UK MOD 'SC' security clearance required; RBSL will sponsor application for candidates without clearance.
- Providing technical support to trials activities, including equipment failure diagnosis and LRU removal and replacement.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in weapon armoury or equivalent experience.
- Hull & Turret Sub-system installation and fault-finding experience.
- Excellent technical and communication skills.
