Part-Time Tax Manager / Tax Senior Opportunity

Due to retirement, a successful general practice based on the Wirral is seeking an experienced Tax Manager / Senior to work on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for overseeing a tax portfolio that incorporates personal tax, corporate tax, and a small amount of trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a tax portfolio that includes personal tax, corporate tax, and trusts
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and instill confidence in them
  • Manage a portfolio of tax clients independently

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Tax qualifications are beneficial, although not essential
  • Knowledge of IRIS would be beneficial, but training can be provided if needed

Benefits:

  • Flexible working hours - 3 or 4 days per week can be accommodated
  • Autonomy with support from partners and managers as required
  • Salary is flexible dependent on experience, study support requirements, and qualifications
